Paul Schuetz worked at the Monticello State Bank. At one point he was mayor of Monticello. He was the sort that liked to have fun and he certainly enjoyed drinking. I understand he drove over a parking meter in front of the bank in broad day light, something that cost him the election for Mayor! Naturally his condition was less than sober at the time! (Hanken)
