Caswell County, North Carolina, April Court 1832. (Item dated 10th day of April 1832) Account current of the estate of Nancy Rudd Decd. Funds for sale of the estate was turnedin to the court in the amount of $382.57.
(Nancy's 71 acres of land wassold for $150.00,the buyer was not indicated. A disposition of these funds has not been found. according to the estate inventory, Nancy also owned a female slave,Philar,at the time of her death, the estate settlement made no mention of this person.)
