Your petition G. H. Eilers represents to this Court that
Carlos E. Eilers aged 8 years
Vincent H. Eilers aged 4 years
minor heirs of Mabel Eilers decease
have property in this State, which is liable to waste, or diminish in value, if speedy care is not taken of the same. To the end therefor that the said property may be taken care of until said heirs become of age, your petitioner, the father of said heirs, asks the court to appoint him Guardian of the property of said minor heirs. he states the they have no personal property, but are each the owner of the undivided 2/45 of 100 acres of land situated in said county of Jones, which it is desired to procure by order of sale, net bond should be [] not to exceed $100.00
