Will
In the name of God Amen.I, Theodore Hollenkamp of the city of Louisville, Jefferson County Kentucky, being sound of mind and disposing memory do hereby make and publish this to be my last will and Testament hereby and herewith revoking all wills or codicils thereto heretofore made by me.
1st I direct that after my death all my just debts be paid
2nd I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife all my estate real personal or mixed of which I may die the owner of or seized and possessed to be used and controlled by her, until my youngest child shall become of age at which time my estate is to be divided into three equal parts and my wife Dina is to have a one third thereof, and each of my children are to have a one third.
3d. Until the majority of my youngest child, I direct that they shall both have as good a support and education at the hands of my wife their mother as the income from my estate will allow.
4th My said wife is authorized & empowered to sell any or all of my real estate in her discretion and the deed thereto shall pass a good title but in the event of such sale I desire the proceeds realized there from to be re-invested for the benefit of my estate but under her control as the property fixed by this will is governed.
5th. I appoint my wife Dina as Executrix of this my will and as Guardian of my children and direct that she shall qualify as such with out giving security of any kind in either capacity and I again direct and devise to my said wife 7 empower her with authority to sell or convey any or all of my real estate or personal properly and pass a good title thereto
6th My wife may continue my business at the corner of Second 7 College streets in Louisville Ky or she may dispose to it as she sees fit, if she does dispose of it I direct that the proceeds be invested in good Bonds or mortgages on real estate as a part of my estate & so invested by her. I have requested my good friends John Bohlsen and H. O. Junker to witness this my last will and in their presence I now sign it and they in my presence and that of each other at my request sign it as witnesses. In testimony whereof witness my hand at Louisville Jefferson County Ky March 19th, 1886

At a county court held for Jefferson County at the Court house in the city of Louisville on the 29th day of March 1886 the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of T Hollenkamp decd late of this county was produced in court and proven by the oath of John Bohlsen one of the subscribing witnesses thereto was also proved the attestation of Herman O Junker the other subscribing witness thereto whereupon the same was established by the court to be the last will and testament of said testator and ordered to be recorded and is recorded in my office as clerk of said Court.
