Mrs. Albert Duval arrived last Saturday for a month's visit with her father, S. F. Mack, and family.
Albert and Emma Duval is written on the back of their wedding picture in family album, but Elvira is written in census records (1910 & 1920)
In the 1910 census, there is a Maggie Mack, 12 yrs, living with them listed as his sister-in-law.
There is a probate record in Cochise Co, Arizona dated January 1929 for Louis Duval, deceased. H. W. Williams was appointed Administrator of his estate. With her husband's disappearance, and no word of what happened to him, this was an necessary legal step for Elvira.

Prescott Courier, 20 Jul 1969: Had lived in Arizona and Prescott for 50 years. Had retired from Fort Whipple in 1936. Survivors included 2 sons, Clyde Duval of Prescott and Howard Duval of Phoenix and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Monroe of Greensburg, Kansas. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.Hampton Funeral Home Records: COD: congestive heart failure.
The Newspaper The Tiller and Toiler mentions her death using the names Elvira Duval and Elvira Mack and that her father was S. F. Mack.
