Source: Cedar Rapids Gazette, July 7, 1987Edwin C Stiffler, 73, died Monday morning in Mercy Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following a brief illness. He was a farmer.
Surviving are his wife, Leona of Anamosa; three sons, Russell and Colin both of Anamosa, and Paul of Monticello; two brothers, John Stiffler and William Baumann, both of Monticello; a sister Louise Null of Monticello; and 10 grandchildren.
Services; 11am Wednesday, Peace United Church of Christ, Monticello. Burial Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello. Friends may call after 9am today at Goettsch's in Monticello. A memorial fund has been established.
