EAST PEORIA - Alma K. Hitchcock, 94, of Fondulac Woods Nursing Home, formerly of 2013 N. Ellis St., died there at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2000.Born Sept. 2, 1905, in Peoria to George and Rosa Kothe Kramer, she married Jo Perrine Hitchcock on June 25, 1924, in Peoria. He died Oct. 11, 1959, in Peoria.
One grandson and three brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Grace Goff of Peoria; one grandson; four great-grandchildren; five nieces; and two nephews.
She was a homemaker.
She was a past member of the Peoria Women's Club.
She was a member of Grace & Peace Lutheran Church and its Ruth-Rachel Circle.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to her church.
