George Baxter

(Abt 1773 - May 1834)

George Baxter, the third son of John and Elizabeth Sappington Baxter, settled in Madison County, Kentucky. He married Sallie Goodin. Their homeplace consisted of 148 acres on Otter Creek, Madison Co. George and Sallie had ten children, the ninth of which was Harrison Baxtor born in 1810.
