My Last Will & TestamentThis house & 4 acres of land I now live in I want my wife Nancy Jane to have to do as she pleases with if she lives longer than I do and farm back of Shiloh Church containing 118 acres more or less her life time And one third of all cash and notes that I may have at my death after all my just debts are paid
R O DeWitt is to have the house and 1 acre of land that he now lives in with storehouse and all other improvements that are on the place at my death and he is to take care of his mother the balance of her life and R O DeWitt to have 1/2 half of what is left and the heirs of Edith Hahn deceased is to have the other half. their names are Irvin Walker, Callie Wert. Hazel Etherington. Wm Hahn and Sidney Hahn.
If anyone of the heirs make any fuss or kick against this they are not to have anything
R.O. DeWitt is to be my administrator and J N Walker his assistant
