Mortgage: William H. Dewitt, in consideration of debts to Peter B. Atwood, sells to him one third of the crop of tobacco now being raised by John B. Dewitt, Aaron H.. DeWitt and myself on the plantation where my father, Aaron Dewitt, formerly resided. Now, should I, William H. Dewitt, satisfy said note, then the tobacco is to be mine.
