Baldwin, Bacon Genealogy: Michael Bacon of Dedham, Massachusetts, 1640, and His Descendants [1915], p. 68, which source spells Stephen's name Townsin), d 4 Sep 1886 ae 90y (g.s, Deering Evergreen cem. Portland), On 15 Dec 1818, Stephen and Abigail F. Bacon (signatures) witnessed a deed for his bro David and his wife Polly who brought land from their father Dodivah (Ken Co deed 55:175). On 11 Jul 1828, Stephen and his wife Abigail and his father Dodivah Townsend were witnesses to the appointment of Pharez Jackson Jr. of Sidney as the administrator of his father Pharez Jackson Sr.'s estate (Ken Co.
