Gerd Frerichs Null, 40, died Friday, Dec. 15, at 10:40 a.m. at the John McDonald hospital in Monticello. He had been in failing health for some time. Funeral services were held at the Goettsch funeral home at 1:30 and at 2 o'clock at St. John's Lutheran church on Monday. Rev. R.P. Young, Lutheran pastor, officiated. Burial was made at the cemetery adjoining the church.
Mr. Null was a son of Gerd F. and Sophia Heeren Null. He was born May 15, 1904, and never married. he made his home with his sister, Mrs. Bert Pede and family four miles southeast of Monticello. He is survived by his sister, a brother, John Null of Lovell township and a step-mother, Mrs. Minnie Null of Monticello.
