Individual Details

Francis Martin Brown

(15 Jul 1896 - 31 Mar 1981)

Most of the guys were sort of cowboys working on the "Rohrough Ranch". My dad was not a cowboy but worked there also when I was a small child. He was very industrious and built the 2 story house where Robert and I were born. My older brother Delbert and sister Ellen were small when he built it. Later on Dad painted houses and when I was a Junior in High School we moved to Redding and he painted on "Shasta Dam. Later he moved back to Covelo and built 2 more houses. (Betty)
