BLOUNTVILLE — Mrs. Stella Denkins Furr, 87, of 675 Big Hollow Road, died Sunday, July 4, 1993, at her home. She was a native of Hinton, W.Va., and had lived in Bristol and Blountville for 30 years. She was of the Baptist faith and was the widow of Thaddeaus Newton Furr. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Brenda Smith, Blountville; and one sister, Mrs. Florence Bateman, Bristol Virginia.Akard Funeral Home is in charge.
