Casualty of WWII, The Honourable Francis Stewart-MacKenzie B.A. (Oxon.) was born Francis Alan Brodrick but changed his surname in 1935 to that of his wife, styling himself Stewart-MacKenzie of Seaforth.He was the younger brother of the 10th Viscount and 2nd and last Earl of Midleton.

He rests beside his brother who was killed the previous day. He was The Honourable, Michael Victor Brodrick,MC, Major in the Coldstream Guards 3rd Bn.201st Guards Motor Brigade.Service No.76559.He was 23.
They were sons of the Right Honourable William St. John F.Brodrick, K.P., P.C., 9th Viscount and 1st Earl of Midleton, and of Madeleine Cecilia C., the Countess of Midleton (nee Stanley), of Tilford, Surrey.
Both were in turn heir presumptive to the Earldom when killed in action in Italy.
