Osceola is right on the Mississippi River about 20 miles south of Missouri.

On the 1910 census, here name is spelled "Malicia". According to the census her parents were both from Arkansas too.

I found her on the 1880 census in Dunklin county, Missouri, which is where some of her children were born. It appears that her parents moved from Arkansas to Missouri. Later she married back in Arkansas but eventually returned to Missouri as some of her children were born there, then finally moved back to Arkansas again before her death.
