Wedding Wm LIebe and Elizabeth Biesanz
Mr Wm Liebe and Miss Elizabeth Biesanz were married at the cathedral at 7 am on Tuesday by Rev P J Gallagher. Miss Anna McGuane and Mr J E Liebe were the attendants. It was a golden rod wedding. A reception followed at the bride's father, Mr P Biesanz, in Gilmore valley. The couple left on the morning Northwestern train for a trip east and south. The groom is a well known employee at the Northwestern freight depot.

Winona Republican-Herald 18 Aug 1950 p 3William H Liebe, 83, Owatonna, Minn, former Winona resident, died suddenly Thursday at his home. Mr Liebe retired Chicago & North Western station agent, had suffered from a heart ailment for some time.
He was born near Winona August 17, 1867, and had been employed by the Chicago & North Western Railroad in Winona before being transferred. His last position was as station agent at Owanonna. He retires 15 years ago. Mr Liee was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors are his wife, the former Elizabeth Biesanz of Winona; four daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Muriel) Heine, Faribault; Mrs. J W (Florence) Farris, Seattle, Wash; Mrs Harold (Annabelle) Roth, Owatonna and Cecilia, Owatonna, and two sons, Joseph, Winona, and John, Rochester.
Funeral services will be Monday at 9am at St Joseph's church Owatonna. Burial will be at Owatonna.
