Biography

Sarah Horton was born Sep 19 1598 in Budleigh Salterton, Devon, England, daughter of Thomas Horton and Catherine Satchfield.[citation needed] She married Roger Conant Nov 11 1618 at Blackfriars, London, Middlesex, England.[1][2]
Sarah's relationship to her parents Thomas and Catherine is established through both Thomas' and Catherine's wills (Thomas' will dated 1615, proved 1620/1; and Katherine's (dated September 1627, proved October 1627). In Thomas' will she is mentioned only as Sarah since she had not yet married. He named his wife, Catherine, Sarah, and others. Katherine's will named Sarah Conant, as well as others.[3]
She died Sep 16 1667 in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.
