Samuel Champney Senior was born in September 1635 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay, shortly after his parents arrived in Massachusetts Bay. [1]He was the son of Richard Champney and Jane Champney.[2]
Samuel Champney married Sarah Hubbard on October 13, 1657 in Billerica, Massachusetts Bay.[3]
Samuel was admitted to full communion in the First Church of Cambridge in October 18, 1661.[4]
