Margaret Banks Morgan Long, formerly of Chadron, passed away Oct. 7 in Holt Summit, Mo. She was 83.Funeral services will be Oct.12 at the Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Margaret was born on May 10, 1928 in Chadwick, Mo.She is survived by: her son Gary and Beth Morgan of Lincoln;brother, Dale Banks of Tuolumne, Calif.; sisters, Rita and Ron Curtis of Wimberley,Texas and Mary DeSive of Omaha; four grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.She was preceeded in death by her first husband, John C. Morgan, second husband, Larry Long, and son John Morgan.
