Thomas I (bef. 1455-1520); John Gould (d. Apr 1537); and
William Gould (d. Apr 1545) were brothers per each stated in their individual wills.
(The Residue of all my goods nother given nor bequethed I give and bequeth to Johan my wiff and to Thomas Gold my eldest Sonne whome I do mak and ordayn myn executors and John Goold and William Goold supvisors.)
He died before his brothers, John and William Gould who were SUPERVISORS of his estate at the time of both their deaths. His eldest son, Thomas Gould, Jr. was the EXECUTOR and his wife was the other EXECUTOR of his will.
Buried in the Goold (Gould) family plot as St. Lawrence Church, Bovington as per all their will requests.

Wife Johan, co-executrix, was perhaps second wife, as five children were minors in 1520.
His will, proved 28 Sep 1520 at the Archdeacon's court of Huntingdon, but now at Peterborough, is as follows:
In dei noie ame.
In the yere of o'lord MCCCCCXX the xxix day of August, I Thomas Goold of Bovington the elder in good mynde ad hole memory make my testament and last will as in man foloweth.
First. I bequeth my sowle to almyghty god and to o'blissed land saint Mary and to all the holy copany of Hevyn my body to be buryyed in the church yard of saint Laurence at Bovyngton.

Itm: I bequeth to John Goold my Sonne x mks of lawfull money to be payed by the age of xxjyeris. A bullok and vj shepe.
Itm: I bequeth to Alys my Daughter x mks of lawfull money to be payd at the age of xix yerys if she erst mary erst to have it. A bullok and vj shepe.
Itm: I bequeth to William Goold my Sonne x mks to be payd at the age of xxj yerys. A bullok and vj shepe.
