On the muster Rolls of Co "A" of that Regiment to Feb 26th, 1862
He is reported present as Benj A Burtrum Mus Roll for Mch, April 62, not on file. Regtl Returns for Mch & Apr 62 not in file. On 4 mos roll dated Aug 31st 1862 Disch'd July 62. He was discharged on Surg ...of disability July 26th 1862 at Hosp No1 Louisville, KY
