Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Viet.,
chapter 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the
Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other
persons having any claims or demands against the
estate of Michael Wills, late of Ellington, Saint Luke'sroad,
Torquay, in the county of Devon, and formerly of
Foley House, Portland-place, in the county of Middlesex,
Esquire (who died on the 12th day of August last, smd
whose will was proved by Frances Ann Wills, of Ellington
aforesaid, Widow, Charles Tennant Manley, of Teddington,
in the county of Middlesex, Esq., and William
Russell Cooke. of 3, New Inn, Strand, in the county oE
Middlesex, Solicitor, in the Principal Registry of the
Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice,
on the 7th day of September, 1888), are hereby required
to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims or
demands to the said William Russell Cooke, at his
address as above, on or before the 24th day of November,
1888, after which date the said executors will proceed to
distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims
of which they shall have had notice; and will not bb
liable for the assets so distributed to any person or
persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then
have had notice.—Dated the 24th day of September, 1888.
