year since the Inauguration of the Society, viz. :—

The Council have the honour to lay before the members their
second Annual Report.
On the 30th November, 1904, the Society consisted of 2 Royal,
3 Honorary, and 504 Members.—Total 509.

Extract from The London Gazette - 30 October 1917:NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned,
Gerald Blewitt Manley, John Clifford Bright
and John Sydney Bird, carrying on business as
Accountants, at Clarence House, Martin's-lane, in the
city of London, under the style or firm of MANLEY,
BRIGHT & COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the twenty-ninth day of September,
1917, so far as concerns the said John Sydney Bird.
All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm
will be received or paid by the said Gerald Blewitt
Manley and John Clifford Bright, and such business
will be carried on in the future by the said Gerald
Blewitt Manley and John Clifford Bright.—As witness
our hands this 15th day of August, 1917.
