Georgia Deed Book A, p. 375 and 376 shows "William Nunn, Esq. of Jones Co. to Hardy Harrel of Wilkinson Co., GA for $1450, 202 1/2 acres, lot # 157 in the 9th district of Baldwin, now Jones, drawn by Ephriam Green of Anderson's district, Washington Co., conveyed by said Green to William Nunn. Signed William Nunn."Will
The will states he has 6 sons, James, David, Francis, Samuel, and William Ira. The sixth son, John, was left only $10 and he was not mentioned in the original will. At probate an addition to the will had been made providing the $10 to his son, John.The will also states he has 3 daughters, Ann Jemeson, Sarah, and Polly. The estate was divided equally among the children except for Samuel and William Ira ,who got an additional $500 each for their education, and John was to have only $10.
David and James were named executors.
Death
Family tradition is that he was killed in TN while herding cattle.Probate
