Goldie Leah Parker age 95 of Flemingsburg, Kentucky died Saturday, February 14, 2004 at the Fleming County Hospital in Flemingsburg. She was born July 25, 1908 in Russell Station, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Jane (Hart) Winkle. Mrs. Parker was a farmer and homemaker. She had been a member of the Fairview Church of Christ and was a 1926 graduate of Lynchburg High School. She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Lynda Jane and Marvin Jackson of Morehead, Kentucky, Joyce Irene Whiting of Morehead, Kentucky, two sons and daughters-in-law, Clifford Lee and Phyllis Parker of Batavia, Ralph and Alviena Parker of Hillsboro, two sisters and a brother-in-law, Amy Pendall of Lynchburg , Christine and Walter Julliard of Lynchburg, one brother and sister-in-law, Charles Jr. and Janet Winkle of Lynchburg, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Helen Martin and one great grandson, Trey Parker. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg, Ohio. The Rev. Harold Braley will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barnes Cemetery
