McAdams, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Name of Mother: Fannie F. Stephenson, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Tribal enrollment of father.(blank) Tribal enrollment of mother: Cherokee #32202. Fannie stated she was 29 years of age and a citizen by blood of the Cherokee Nation.

April 26, 1906, Minor New Born Cherokee Nation, Cherokee Roll. Card #503, Residence Creek Nation, Wagoner, I.T. Dawes #306 Mary Stephenson, age as of March 4, 1906, 3. 3/8 indian blood degree. Father: H. McAdams non citizen. Mother: Fannie F. Stephenson, Mothers roll #32202. Bor May 17, 1903. It states #1 (Mary) is an illegitimate child of Fannie F. Stephenson. Cherokee Roll #32202. This information lets us know for certain she was never married to Henderson McAdams.

It was her land allotment that the Willow Springs Cemetery was located. When the land was sold the 3 acres on which the cemetery sat was donated, as it could not be sold as a part of the land.

She died of diabetic complications two weeks after her brother Walter Henry Stephenson died. It is said that she is buried in the Willow Springs Cemetery in an unmarked grave.

August 25, 1939: Cemetery #1, Ketchum (also referred to as Willow Springs Cemetery) Preliminary Opinion on Title to one and one half acres joining the Ketchum Cemetery on the east and facing the Nrth boundary of Sec.36, T24N-R21E, being 160.0 feet frontage and 407.3 deep all in the N1/2 NE1/4 NW 1/4. Grand River Dam Authority, Vinita, Oklahoma. Gentlemen: I have examined the title to the above described land as reflected in Abstract No. 31323, consisting of 38 sheets, prepared by the Winita Title Company, last cetified to by said Company on the 28th day of May, 1938, at 11:01 o'clock, am. TITLE: From this examination I find and cetify that on the date of the last certification, the fee siple title to said land was vested in D.H. Trundle, free and clear of all leins, encumbrances and objections, except the following: 1. These premises, together wth other lands, were alloted to Mary Stephenson, New Born, Cherokee Citizen, Roll #306 N.B. 503,female 3/8 degree of blood. 2. Under date of May 16, 1916, Fannie McAdams nee Stephenson, petitioned the court for appointment as guardian of Mary Stephenson, married under Henderson McAdams; and that the fatherof Mary Stephenson, the minor, deserted Fannie McAdams formerly Stephenson, and the Minor, Mary Stephenson. The order for bearing of Petition for Appointment of Guardian ordered notice be given to the father and the next of kin my mailing copy of Notice. This was never done. 3. Under date of March 8, 1920, Fannie McAdams, nee Stephenson, filed a Petition to sell real estate described in the caption hereof, and presented the Court a Written Concent to Making Order of Sale of Real Estate Without Notice, Signed by Fannie McAdams, nee Stephenson....Underthis Order the premises, together wth other lands, were advertised and sold to D.H. Trundle by Guardian's Deed, dated April 16, 1920. All proceeding subsequent to the Order of Sale appear to be regular.
