State of MO vs. Blake Hayden. Before A. C. Hamby, JP for Spring Creek Township
Blake Hayden on 20 May 1909 in said County of Douglas was then and there gulity of an open and notorious act of public indecency grossly scandlous by there and there urinating [commonly called p----] on the wall of the Silver Shade Church house in the presence of divers persons to the prosecuting attorney unknown, against the peace and dignity of the State.
