Charles Spilman
(1746 - 15 Mar 1826)
[Charles was possibly son or grandson of John Spilman and Elizabeth Fishback, daughter of Phillip.] Another source says he was the grandson, and son of James & Martha Spilman.
The family moved to Kentucky November of 1780 and settled at Stephen Fisher's Station. In March of 1784 they moved to the Forks of Dix River now in Lincoln Co KY.
