Charles and Jane's children have been recorded as Jane, Peter, Charles, James, and Thomas, by Daniel researchers. Charles, b. 1709, was a son of James and Margarent Daniel. Therefore, it is reasonable to place Margaret as their daughter. This is not conclusively proved. The addition of the given names Charles and Peter to the Poindexter family as they occur in the children and subsequent descendants of Margaret & William Poindexter would also indicate this relationship, as Charles & Peter are names common in the Daniel family.
