The Frye Journal and online databases show this Peter who married Rhoda as a son of Benjamin Reasoner [1770-1844] and Mary Hill. Hank Adams had Peter as a son of Henry Reasoner & Mary Shepler, but I believe that Peter Shepler Reasoner was slightly younger, born circa 1801 and married Hannah Burdine.
