The following are probably records of this John Quin. Certainly the Michaux family was living in Goochland at this time:

p.90/119 20 May 1727 John Quin & Susanna his wife of Henrico Co sold property to Jacob Michaux; The tract was in St. James Parish on the North side of James and part of a patent to Abraham Michaux, dec'd, & given by him to said Susanna Michaux. Wit: Jos. Woodson, Daniel Johnson, Abraham Michaux. Rec. 3 Jul 1727.

Goochland Wills & Deeds: 19 Aug 1728 John Quin and Susanna his wife sold 350 acres to Thomas NOLUN [is this a predecessor of the Noland/Morton relationship?] of Hanover. South side James at Mahook Creek, bounded by Bolling, the Creek, line of Michaux, dec'd. Recorded 20 Aug 1728 and Susanna Quin, wife of John, relinquished Dower right.
Also on 19 Aug 1728 is a deed from Andrew Moreman to Samuel Burk for 400 acres on North side of the James, East side Byrd Creek - witnessed by John Quin.

Goochland DB 5, p.107 21 May 1746 John Quin to Bartholomew Stoval. 100 acres on South side of the James River on Solomon Crk.
