Daniel Comstock

Daniel's will was written 15 Apr 1757 and proved 5 December of the same year. He made bequests to wife Abigail and children, Moses, Samuel, Daniel, Stephen, Enoch, Sarah and an unborn child. His wife Abigail and brother-in-law Samuel Dickinson were executors.
Moses died as a minor, intestate, and his estate from his father was distributed, 10 Dec 1766, to Abigail, wife of David Picket, late widow & relict of Daniel Comstock, and her sons, Stephen, Daniel, Samuel, Enoch, and John [who must have been the unborn child in 1757, and to daughter Sarah, wife of Noah Hoyt.
Stephen was his 5th child.
