Winnie died 10 Apr 1955 of uremia, kidney disease, hypertension and anemia. She was a widow. Born 16 Jan 1892 in South Carolina - her father was Edward B. O'Neal, born in Alabama; her mother Martha Earle, born South Carolina. O. E. O'Neal, Sr. was the informant - perhaps a brother? The body was taken to Lubbock, TX for burial.

She is buried City of Lubbock Cemetery, Lubbock Co, TX.
