Herman Godbey
Herman Godbey, 74, Route 9, died at 7:10 pm Friday at Hancock Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Godbey was born Oct. 20, 1910 in Bethelridge, KY, the son of Virgal and Leuette Trusty Godbey. He had lived in the Greenfield area since 1973. A retired carpenter, he worked for Carpenters Union Local 1243, Fairbanks, Alaska.
Surviving are children, Mrs. Paul (Sharon) Wyatt, rural Greenfield, Mrs. Ray (Pat) Gant, rural Greenvield, Mrs. Jerry (Diane) Yost, Greenfield; six grandchildren; two sisters, Marie Mangeott, Texas, and Jeanette Troutman, Kentucky.
Services were this morning at Pasco Memorial Mortuary with the Rev. Larry R. Schwarz officiating. Interment was at Park Cemetery.
