He was a prominent member of the Union Baptist Church and his name (as Eneas Harned) occurs third in the roll of its male members, and his wife Deborah Harned's name is second among the females, in the earliest records (1818) of the original church book.

Will written in Hardin Co, KY 19 Oct 1830. All children were to receive equally under the following conditions: son-in-law George Haskins owes to son David Harned $87.50. My executors to pay, with interest, out of the share of George Haskins. George also owes my son-in-law Henry Lawson $10. That to be taken out of George's share with interest from 1 Jul 1829. If there is not enough to cover George Haskins debts - he is to receive $1. Sons William & David, executors. Signed: Enos (his X mark) Harned.
Court held Monday, 1 Nov 1830. Will presented in court and proved by witnesses Temple Poston and Isaac Ventress. Ordered recorded.
FindAGrave #47178872 says he is buried Old Union Cemetery, Hardin Co, KY - No picture. A reading taken some 30 years ago, thought his birth was 1752. His birth date is 22 Oct 1752, Virginia. Son of Jonathan Harned and Catherine Bean. No wife noted.
