Joseph L. and Keziah Blackford Kelly were both buried in the Shiloh - Kelly cemetery in Butler County. Evidently their son Joseph L. was a fairly wealthy man as he had them moved to his plot in Middletown, along with his family.

Last will & Testament: To son Joseph L. Kelly the farm on which I know live in Wayne & Madison Townships, about 215 acres and he is to pay my Executors $1500.
The remainer to be sold & proceeds equally divided between my other children and their heirs: Rachel Rush, Sarah Thompson, Elizabeth Homer, Naomi Lewis, George M. Kelly, Mary Clauson, Ambrose D. Kelly, Nancy Lanier, Nathan R. Kelly, Margaret Riner, Matthew B. Kelly, Phebe McWhinney, Keziah Allen.
Daughter Hannah Jones has received $550 paid to her by my son Joseph at my request which I intend as her full share.
Appoint Issac McKinney as Executor.
