Came to Massachusetts with parents at about one year of age. Moved with them to New London CT in 1660, when he was 21.

In time passed had given to son William Douglas his former dwelling place and lot and adjoining the land where Christopher Darrs now lives and he has received his full portion.
To son Thomas Douglas his now dwelling house and land thereto which was bought of Sgt William Hough and is between the land which I formerly gave to Thomas and the land of my brother William Douglas where he now lives. Also to Thomas all tools and instruments of husbandry and the land and meadow upon Manokuk in New London.
My son Thomas is to pay legacies to my daughters
Hannah Hurlburt, two #'s which with 8 #'s already given her makes 10#'s.
Elizabeth Rowland, 10 #'s
Phebe Baker, 8 #'s
Ruth Woodworth, 8 #'s
Also my son Thomas shall pay to my three grandaughters, daughter of my daughter Ann Waterhouse deceased, 3 #'s to be equally divided.
To my Son-in-law, Edward da Wolfe, 3 #'s
and to my grandson Christopher Comstock, 4 #'s.
Remainder after debts and funeral charges are paid, to be equally divided between my two sons and daughters that are surviving.
Thomas shall have the liberty of six years for the payments of the above. He is to be Executor.
