Laurel Man Succumbs To Injuries
LAUREL - Edgar Glenn 54 years old, Rural Route 2, Laurel, died Tuesday morning of injuries received in an auto accident July 30 which occurred one-half mile south of Connersville on Indiana #121.
He was born in Jackson County, Kentucky, but had worked in Connersville at the National Metal Products for the last nine years.
Suvivors include the widow Nora; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Glenn of Kentucky; five sons, James V., Vernon, Donald, and Robert, all of Rural Route 2, Laurel; and Lester, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Marion Harding of Connersville, Judy and Connie, both at home; two brothers, John and Phillip Genn of Hamilton, Ohio; two sister, Mrs. Mary Roder and Mrs. Sarah Roder, both of McKee, KY; and six grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Glenn will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Moster and Sons Mortuary in Laurel. Burial will be in Laurel North Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 5 pm Wednesday.
