TINCHER
Charles O. Tincher, 91, husband of the late Cora Sloan Tincher, 133 Withers Avenue, died Friday. He was a retired Winchester grocery store operator. He was born in Jackson County, son of the late John Lenry and Lucy J. Wolfe Tincher, was a member of Leesburg Christian Church and a Kentucky Colonel. Survivors are a son, Marvin M. Ticher, Nashville; two sisters, Mrs. William F. Phipps, Lexington and Mrs. Thomas Hudson, Lexington; a brother, Carols Tincher, Brooksville, IN; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. ...burial Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
