Mrs. Elizabeth Gray Dunlap, the mother of William G. Dunlap, of this city, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John H. Rogers, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Dunlap was in her eighty-ninth year. Her husband was Theodore Robertson Dunlap, who was well known as a physician in Danville fifty years ago. The body, which will be brought here for burial, will arrive in Danville, Wednesday morning at 11:05 o'clock. The burial will take place at once and the services, which will be simple, will be conducted by Dr. E. M. Green. For the last thirty-five years Mrs. Dunlap has lived with her daughter, Mrs. Rogers, who husband John H. Rogers, is a prominent citizen of Fort Smith, having served in Congress and being now on the bench. Mrs. Dunlap leaves three children, Mrs. Rogers of Fort Smith, William G. Dunlap of this city, and Richard Dunlap of New York.
