Mrs. Etta Maude McKeever, 63, of Broken Bow, died Sunday, July 15, in a De Queen, Ark., hospital.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, in the Norwood-Welch Chapel in Broken Bow with burial in Shady Grove Cemetery near the Oklahoma-Arkansas state line.
Born April 11, 1910, in Foreman, Ark., Mrs. McKeever had lived in Broken Bow for the past 19 years, moving from Antlers.
Survivors include her husband, William McKeever; two sons, Van McKeever of Seattle, Wash., and Billy McKeever of West Port, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Minnie McMahan of Arcaida, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Mattie Hinckles of Antlers; a brother, Clyde Morgan of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Rivera of Shreveport, La., Mrs. Oma Splawn of Antlers and Mrs. Imy Lalena of Shreveport; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
