Stragely enough there is a Divorce decree, Lewiston, Idaho, dated 9 Nov 1949. Thelma C. Pollan vs. Frank L. Pollan. He made no answer.

They remarried on 28 Nov 1949 as Frank L. Pollean and Thelma Pollan, both age 40, of Wallace, previously divorced. Officiated by Calvin Gould, Justice of the Peace. Witnesses were L. W. Schroeder and George Mohr.

They divorced again 18 May 1951. They had separated on 12 Nov 1950. The second decree gives their residences as Wallace, Shoshone Co, Idaho. Both were age 41 and this had been the 3rd marriage for both. Thelma was the complainent on grounds of extreme mental cruelty. There were no children.
