I found the birth record for one child - Alice Amanda Haskins which lists her mother as Margaret Hall.  Alice was born 15 April 1912, at a hospital in Mantreal.  Father was Henry O. Haskins, Machinist.

Henry O. Haskins registered for the World War I Draft in Galt on 10 Sep 1918 - forwarded to the local draft Board in Niagara Falls. He was age 44, born 19 Aug 1874 in New Bedford, Mass and was a tack maker, employed by Dominion Tack & Mail Co in Galt. He had a wife and five children to support and claimed exemption on their account. He was of medium height, stout build, gray eyes, fair hair.

Henry Otis Haskins died suddenly of heart disease on 28 May 1936 in Galt, Waterloo Dist, Ontario, Canada. He was born 19 Aug 1875 in Massachusetts. He was a tack maker. Listed as married to Mrs. Margaret Haskins. Parents were Benjamin F. Haskins and Francis Keith, both said born in Scotland which was not true. The informant was a daughter, Marjorie Haskins of Galt. Buried Saturday, May 30th.
