Individual Details

James Edward Tumbleson

(8 Nov 1878 - 2 May 1971)

There is a discrepancy concerning whether or not James Edward Tumbleson was a son of John & Minerva. He was not listed with them in 1880, although there is room for him in the birth order. The baby daughter was listed as a "son" and he would have fit in the year before she was born. FindAGrave has given him different parents. FamilySearch has placed him with John & Minerva. The only way his descendants could have an atDNA match to my uncle is if he was indeed a son of John & Minerva, since Minerva Brown would have to be the DNA carrier, not Tumbleson.
