This may be this Monica Belle Critcher - perhaps daughter of William TCritcher & Cora Stephens. This is very muddled in many online trees!

A marriage of Monica Belle Critcher to Wm Henry Steel Jr did indeed take place 22 Jul 1914. He was age 25, born in Rome GA - his father, W. H. Steele. The marriage was in Lynchburg, Campbell, VA. This also seems highly unlikely to be this person!
