I James Dabbs of the County of Greene do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament as follows to wit: First I wish all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid first. Second I give and bequeath to my wife Martha Dabbs all my preperty both real and personal her lifetime to sell or to use as she may think fit. third: I wish my wife to give to my two youngest daughters, Sara Poline Frances Dabbs and Margaret Emaline Dabbs each when they marry as much property or money as I have the others when they have married. Fourth. If my wife Martha dabbs should died then I want the two girls to have as much as the others has had before the rest shall have any. Whereof I have set my hand and seal this Sept 9th 1864.
