On Monday 18th of Sept.1809: On motion of William Hughes, it is ordered that Robert Furbush, John Kennedy, Urban Ewing, and Elisha Herndon be appointed Commissioners to allot the legatees of Rowland Hughes, dec'd, their part of the said Estate, as they arrive at the age of 21 years (Logan Co Ky.
