Judie Isaacs

(5 Oct 1885 - 21 Oct 1965)

Maternal & Paternal lines cross paths in Kentucky. atDNA results consistently indicated some sort of distant match between my maternal Winkler family and paternal Kentucky families. Finally found at least one connection, April 2020. Judy Isaacs (1885-1965), 3rd great granddaughter of Cornelius Bowman, married 1 Nov 1900 in Estill Co KY to Elbert Winkler (1880-1958), a 2nd great grandson of Henry Winkler & Susannah Ross. Elbert’s parents were 2nd cousins – his mother also a great-grandchild of Henry Winkler & Susannah Ross. I match two brothers that descend from this couple.
