Conveyance (lease and release), 5 and 6 July 1786, of aforesaid property between (i) Thomas Jackson of Louisa, Virginia, planter, and wife Ann, Nicholas Mills of Hanover, Virginia, planter, David Anderson of Hanover, merchant, and wife Elizabeth; (ii) Ann Duiguid of Powhatan, widow of William Duiguid, late of Buckingham, Virginia, merchant, and said William Duiguid and wife Lucy; (iii) said Thomas Jackson (only son and heir of Ann Mills née Clopton, widow, by her first husband Thomas Jackson of Hanover, planter, which said Ann afterwards married Nicholas Mills of Hanover, planter) and wife Ann, Ann Mills of Hanover, widow of Charles Mills deceased, William Hogan of Louisa, merchant, and wife Mary, and said David Anderson and wife Elizabeth (which said Ann Mills, Mary Hogan and Elizabeth Anderson were the daughters of Ann Mills by her second husband Nicholas Mills deceased); (iv) William Anderson of America Square (City of London), esquire, and wife Mary, and said Ann Duiguid, formerly Ann Moss, one of the daughters and coheirs of Elizabeth and Alexander Moss; (v) said Richard Neave, in consideration of several sums totalling £3,021 5s.
